Management-level training regarding
equal employment opportunity and preventing discrimination

On July 2, 2013, our Station
participated via teleconference in a training session entitled, “The
Nuts & Bolts of EEO Compliance” as presented by outside
communications counsel for Multicultural Radio Broadcasting Licensee, LLC. 
Station participants included our Station Manager and Program Director.

Participate in
event/program sponsored by a community organization designed, in part, to
disseminate information about career opportunities in broadcasting (2)

On August 10th and 11th of 2013,
representatives of WZRC(AM) rented a tent at the annual Hong Kong Dragon Boat
Festival at Flushing Meadow Corona Park, Queens, New York. 
Management-level employees (including Owner, Station Manager, Sales Manager
and Program Directors) spoke with attendees about the radio business as well
as job opportunities with Multicultural
Radio
Broadcasting Licensee, LLC
, and distributed literature
about the company.

Participate in

On February 10th and 17th of 2013, representatives
of WZRC(AM) participated in the community-organized Chinese New Year
Celebration events during which management level-employees spoke with
attendees about the radio business as well as job opportunities with
Multicultural
Radio Broadcasting Licensee, LLC, and distributed literature about the company.

Host event
designed, in part, to disseminate information about career opportunities in
broadcasting

On May 11th and 12th of 2013, Station
WZRC(AM) hosted the WZRC Advertiser Product Exhibitions at Resort World in Queens, New York.  The Station promoted this event over-the-air and solicited local
employers to participate.  WZRC participated as well, talking with
attendees about careers in broadcasting as well as possible job opportunities
with the Station and providing them literature about the company. 
Station participants included the Owner, Sales Manager and Program Director.

Host
event/program sponsored by a community organization related to careers in
broadcasting (2)

On May 8th and again on
May 10th, 2013, our Station hosted students that were taking
Chinese classes at New York University for tours of our broadcasting
facilities.  Our Station Manager conducted these tours and talked with
the students about Station operations as well as career opportunities in
broadcasting.  Questions posed by the students were answered by the
Station Manager and/or WZRC staff during the course of each tour.

Internship
Program

Between June 1st and
August 10th, 2013, our Station hosted one student intern from the University of Mississippi.  This intern was supervised by our Station Manager and
learned about news gathering, writing, production and overall radio
operations.
