紐約州明年起提高工傷賠償金和帶薪家事假福利

紐約州州長霍楚週二宣布,從 1 月 1 日起,將提高每週最低工傷賠償金和每週最高帶薪家事假福利,並降低僱主的工傷賠償評估率,為企業節省開支。

根據新聞稿,州府將從 1 月 1 日起,為符合資格的員工提供長達 12 週的工作受保障、帶薪家事假;並確保員工可獲得平均週薪的 67%,將最高金額提高至14,127.84 元。

與此同時,根據立法,明年起每週最低工傷賠償金將增至 325 元,並計劃在 2026 年 7 月 1 日開始,將每週最低福利納入索引,以確保未來的福利對受傷工人更加公平。

此外,僱主的工人賠償評估將降至標準保費或等值保費的 7.1%,預計將為企業節省約 1.91 億元。

州府稱,有關的計劃詳情已被公佈到 PaidFamilyLeave.ny.gov 和州工人賠償委員會網站。

霍楚表示,很自豪紐約州正在尋找方法將錢重新放入工人和僱主的口袋,以便經濟和人民都能蓬勃發展。
