與多位員工有染 麥當勞欲討回前執行長4200萬遣散費

麥當勞前執行長伊斯特布洛克(Steve Easterbrook)去年底因違反公司內規,與下屬發展戀情而遭董事會解僱,但事情並未就此平息。麥當勞週一以說謊、銷毀證據及欺騙為罪名,向伊斯特布洛克提起訴訟,並向其索取價值4200多萬美元的遣散費及股權。

麥當勞前執行長伊斯特布魯克去年秋天爆出與一名員工發展兩相情願親密關係,違反與公司所簽的合約而遭解職;去職當時領取了豐厚的去職金。不過,麥當勞週一(10 日)向德拉瓦聯邦地區法院提起訴訟,指控前任執行長在與員工關係一連串不當行為上涉嫌說謊。

訴訟文件顯示,有包含數十張裸露的女性照片及影像證據,其中也包含女員工照片。據了解,這些照片拍攝時間為 2018 年底或 2019年初,當時透過附件自公司電子郵件系統傳送至伊斯特布洛克的個人電子郵件中。

此外,文件還指控伊斯特布洛克贈予其中一名女員工價值數十萬美元的股權。作為訴訟的一部份,麥當勞要求收回伊斯特布洛克獲得的賠償金和遣散費,並將採取措施,防止他行使任何股票期權或出售任何流通在外的股票。
